  •  Monday through Friday and one Saturday a month

Job Activities

Handle customer questions about their accounts or orders they have placed or plan to place and address any questions or issues.

Ideal Candidate

  • Fluent English
  • Welcoming and friendly personality
  • Has previous customer service experience
  • Looking for a long term job
  • Comfortable making and receving calls
  • Must be able to critically think through an issue and provide solutions to the customers.
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Be able to help drive and promote higher customer satisfaction scores and reviews.
