Job Activities

Handle customer questions about their accounts or orders they have placed or plan to place and address any questions or issues.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for friendly people with excellent english who have been disappointed by other call centers like TATA, Teletech and others.

Fluent English
Welcoming and friendly personality
Has previous customer service experience.
Looking for a long term job
Comfortable making and receving calls
Must be able to critically think through an issue and provide solutions to the customers.
Basic Computer skills
Be able to help drive and promote higher customer satisfaction scores and reviews.
